By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Dama N.V. If you disagree with any part, do not register or use the site.

1. Eligibility

You may register and play at Ricky Casino only if you meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age

Ricky Casino reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Accounts found to have been opened in breach of these conditions will be closed and any remaining balance forfeited.

2. Restricted Territories

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each player may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide during registration.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or play). Ricky Casino will send written notice to the registered email address before any fees apply. After notice, a AU$5 per calendar month inactivity fee is deducted from the remaining balance until it reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players may reactivate by logging in and contacting support.

5. Bonus Terms

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement stated at the time of the offer

• The standard wagering requirement on bonus funds is 50× the bonus amount (example: receive AU$100 bonus → complete AU$5,000 in eligible wagers)

• Free spin winnings are converted to bonus funds and also subject to 50× wagering unless otherwise stated

• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately; real-money funds are used first

5.2 Maximum Bet Rule (§5.2 — Critical)

While any bonus balance is active, the maximum permitted bet is AU$7 per spin or hand. Placing a single bet above AU$7 during an active bonus will result in:

• Immediate voiding of the bonus balance

• Forfeiture of any winnings derived from bets exceeding the limit

This applies to all game types including pokies, table games and live dealer games.

Bonuses expire 7 days from the date of crediting unless the offer terms state otherwise. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are removed from your account automatically.
